Atmega328p + Atmega328p project (send/receive data buffer)

Hello, I have some questions: One Atmega318p should send via nrf24l01, a buffer with 600 bytes, 35 times in a sec, to another Atmega318p with a nrf24l01 or It should send the buffer to 35 different nodes in a second? Is it always the same buffer for all the receivers? ie like a broadcast. ¿Is the communication unidirectional? ie. The transmitter will always be a transmitter? I'm looking forward to your reply.
