Building an Http Listener for IE based browser

An HTTP Listener for Browser + integration Hi, We need to build and integrate an http listener module that every browser request for web page/file is directed to our filter company for approval..The filter company returns for us a Yes =page ok or a No=page is not ok Based on the filter response we either show a blocked page or allow user to go the page. If error in transmission -> do not allow to pass to site and provide basic error handling. We need to build this for every request submitted via URL location box and on any link clicked on our Browser. We need this project ASAP! Our browser is IE based open SDK.
