I have experience with automotive applications like this. It will not be a problem to do a full design. Schematic, PCB, software. Please provide more detailed information on the sensors and user interface.

Will design and verify the working. My bid includes designing the schematic, building the software for it as well as the test version prototype making. Component charges will be extra as per the actual expenditure. I have contacts with TFT LCD manufacturer in China and can arrange the best suitable cost effective way to design it. However, this wont include the features like playing video that need to be done on separate job. Thanks and lets discuss. Its an interesting job indeed and I am willing to deliver the best out of my expertise. I may use NXP LPC1769 or LPC4000 series or even STM32 for better performance. Project should be split in 5 or more milestones, each of them covering a functional part of the system.
