Adware Client in C

Hey. I need someone to create an adware client. Heres how it works: 1)Watches user activity in browsers such as FireFox, IE, Chrome, Safari, and Opera. 2)Checks keywords they search in Google and the Meta Keywords of the websites they browse 3)When they change a page or complete a search, it calls back to our server with the keyword information 4)Our server will either answer "IGNORE" or a URL, in which case we need the URL in a popup THAT WONT BE BLOCKED. 5)We need a feature to have the user download and install an updated adware client 6)The client must call back every hour asking for commands. This is where the clients would be given the command to update their software. We need this to not be detected by antiviruses and hidden from the user. Of course this also needs to be started on startup. Keep in mind we want this 100% legal so no funny code please.
