Create Games for Portfolio

I am putting together a couple of different games to use for a portfolio presentation While I am capable with the design and modeling I require the initial programming to get the different themed levels working correctly. There are 3 different games 1. Sim city/ city builder - name should give most of the details. Will require the user to build certain buildings which will be unlocked in the township. 2. 3rd person dungeon crawler - Was hoping to have randomly generated dungeons if possible, drawing from certain criteria for each "world". Will be both melee and ranged combat with item pickup etc 3. Tower defense - basic WC3 non mazing TD style game. eg. dumb enemies spawn at 1 end of a level and run to the other end ignoring everything else while player built towers attempt to kill them all before they reach the end. Towers can be upgraded and changed etc. It would be best to have somebody who is able to work through the project with me for the duration so that any changes that pop up i can have done immediately, if thats not possible im happy to have somebody that can get all the inital coding up and running for me to be able to drop my levels in and understand whats going to work and whats not. For ongoing will pay by the hour, for initial development only will pay through escrow single lump sum. Look forward to your proposals
