Hi,
We are looking for a 3dmax-vray artist to design a small interior scene with a CLASSICAL style design.
The Bedroom sketch is shown in the attached CAD file. Output needed is required to be similar to the attached rendered sample. Choice of furniture & materials is for the bidder to decide and shall be subject to comments/modifications from my side.
REQUIRED:
1 semi-high res render (1500 px wide-JPG) and the 3D file (with lighting and textures included) that can be rendered directly and give us the same effect of the image rendered.
PAYMENTS:
I will create 2 milestones, nothing before start please:
1st-50%Payment:
Snap shots: the artist at the first stage is required to submit 2 print screens (two cameras) of the constructed space with, all in white to inspect the design and discuss adding/eliminating subjects.
2nd-50%Payment:
Rendering: after selecting the cameras and making sure that the space have no modeling mistakes, the artist can proceed with TWO shots of the space, using V-ray or any other platform.
Please note that the 2nd payment will not be released unless images were reviewed with our client , small modifications might be requested and thus we might request another render with the modifications required.
If there was no modifications , the payment will be issued directly to the bidder.
