Blogger for real estate

I need a blog writer that specialize in real estate. For the next four month, would like one article a week, not to lengthy, about 200-300 words on average. After that depends on the traffic, I may increase it to 8 articles a month or more or less. The article must be current, and relate to the current market. The articles must have valuable information that readers would be interested in. The articles will be targeting few Keywords, so they should be optimized. The articles main objective is to create traffic to my website, so they must be current, contain important information, and easy to read, otherwise they won’t serve any purpose. These articles will require research, otherwise they will not be current or valuable. Blogger must have knowledge in real estate market, especially Orlando FL and Kissimmee FL area. These are the areas I am targeting and the articles must be related to these two areas and Florida in general. For now, all you have to do is submit the article to me and I will post it to the site, so no website maintenance needed. I will make commenting easy via facebook profiles. I will pay monthly, not per articles since that will cause fewer fees. Your portfolio must have Real estate experience. This is a continuous work, please bid wisely.
