Convert hand drawn house floor plan to CAD

I have one house floor plan which is currently hand drawn. The plans show the existing layout and the proposed new layout after I extend my property. These plans are hand drawn on paper, see attached. I need Autodesk CAD versions of these plans.
Please set up the CAD drawing for printing on A3 and A1 paper. Please select a suitable scale that works both on A3 and A1. Please use an appropriate drawing template/layout and feel free to standardise/ improve the presentation.
Your deliverable will be electronic CAD file drawings that I can open and print in AutoCAD.
Your fixed price shall include a submission of an initial draft for my comment, a second draft for my checking and amendment, and then the final issue.
Updated comments on drawing. Please delete the Kitchen Plan for CAD. Use Kitchen Plan for CAD_v2.
I need everything shown on the drawing, not just the floor plan.
