I need a CAD 3D design for an apartment. Basically, the requirements are following. There will be 4, 1 bedroom flat in each floor and total 5 to 6 floor (no underground car park). The total size of one flat (including kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a bedroom with double bed) will be 360 square feet not included balcony, if we included the balcony it will be 400 sq ft aprox, roof height will be 8.5ft. Within this space I wanted to include a kitchen with all appliance, small living area with sofa and tv, washing room cupboard in balcony, a room with double bed, bathroom, fit in wardrobe, access to balcony. All necessary things. Also, I don't want it to look very tight. Does anyone have a solution? look forward to a CAD 3D/2D design. We may consider using any technology which may saves some space such as we could consider putting bin under the floor and when you press a button it will come out in that way we will be able to save bin space. Also radiators can go underfloor instead of outside. This is a westren house not in asia so should go with all the western type of design.
