Australian Chartered Accountant Wanted for an Audit in connection with IATA Accreditation

I am a Registered Tax Agent in Australia and I have a client who has been running a travel agency wanting to apply for IATA Accreditation. I am given to understand that part of the accreditation process involves the applicant to produce an Audit Report to support the business turnover, etc. My client has authorised me to recruit on his behalf a qualified Auditor to conduct an audit on his business with a view to producing an audit report along the above lines. My client is prepared to pay A$100 to $150 per hour. Intending applicants must have the proper qualification to conduct audits in Australia and preference will be given to those who have audited IATA Accreditation Applications before. As my client's operation is based in Melbourne, it is logical that applicants from Melbourne will be given priority. I have to point out that I am not the accountant who normally looks after the accounting and taxation affairs of this client. The reason for my involvement is because he apparently has difficulties in appointing a suitable auditor and asks me for help. As I am not the accountant ordinarily looking after this client's accounts, I am not fully aware of all the details. Despite this, I understand the audit exercise involved is unlikely to be a complicated one and I suspect that provision for 10 hours, which should include the time in preparing the audit report, should be sufficient for the purpose.
