Hello, I am new to this Site and am anxious to get going on a project that is within my Certifications. I have been working in the Film Industry for a decade now and have a database of actors, and voice-over people. Screen Actors Guild members and other professionals at my finger tips. What I would do is setup an auditioning process and get samples from all potentials, and from there you can choose which one sounds the best. Or use many for variety. We then would get the chosen person(s) in to our Studio. I have a full studio with KORG Mixers and High Quality AKG and SHURE Microphones. Our vocal booth is acoustically sound providing a crisp recording. All recordings will be 24 bit 96khz High Definition. 1 minute does not sound like a long time, but to make sure that each audio is perfect does take time. I would guess about an hour a minute to make sure it's perfect and there are no stutters or otherwise. I have about 30-40 VO Actresses at my disposal as well as an audio engineer that runs all our boards and is certified. This is not a small studio with pro-tools and a PC Mic. It's a large professional studio which has been recording and promoting music and audio for films for a decade. I have sent a PM as well with my owned dedicated Site with all those in the Industry I work with on daily basis.
