Convert 60 Sec Swf Video To Mpeg2 (High Quality)

Hello, this is a very simple request. This is an unfinished sample of my swf file. (The quality is very crisp and clear) I cannot seem to find the best converter software that transforms it to high quality Mpeg2 video. Bidders please convert 30 seconds to MPEG2 so we can see the quality. The quality of the video and audio must remain the same! the only thing changing is the extension.
