Ok, I need a custom timer which has the funcionality of a stopwatch made out of a something like a Staples "easy button". It will be a red timer that is circular and activitaed only by pushing the top of the timer. Basically, it will have an LSD screen in the middle or somewhere on the top which can easily be seen and a red button which will consist of the entire top with the screen enclosed in it. As far as the timing aspect goes it will have two functions:
a 3 minute countdown function and a 30 second count down fucntion and beeping cycle.
TIMER - The timer functions as follows:
TO START:
1) Push the large red button on top of the timer one time. This will start a three minute timing cycle.
2) The timer will beep every thirty seconds and then a warning beep will continue to beep once every five seconds for twenty seconds and every second for the last ten seconds.
3) At any point throughout the 3 minute timing cycle, the red button may be pushed again to enter the 30-second time cycle. A warning beep will continue to beep every second for the last five seconds and once every five seconds for five secods (the 20-25 second period before the coninious beep.
RESTART: At any point throughout the timing cycle, the red button may be pushed twice in a row to restart the 3 minute time cycle.
Must look decent, can be made out of plastic, out of this toy or whatever. Must be clean, look professionall done and work well.
Please reply with questions and comments.
Dear Mr/Mrs,
I can do this project for you. I have made something like that before. I can assure you a good quality finishing. By the way, the hardware cost not included. I have a good experience with the AVR and PIC microcontroller families. I'm ready to work.
Thank you,
Amrsfmtn
We are ready to develop for you the electronic circuit of the device, but the additional information is necessary for us: overall dimensions of the device, a supply voltage, type LCD of the indicator (if not essentially, the size of desirable digits on the indicator). Please, contact us for discussion of the additional information under the project
