Teleforge is offering world class tutorship, guidance and mentoring on delivering market leading telephony solutions in South Africa, Canada and the United Kingdom. Successful candidates will be given an intensive training and mentorship course in which we will train you in: 1) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems 2) Support management systems (a.k.a. ticketing systems) 3) Class 5 softswitches, billing systems and session border controllers 4) Asterisk 5) FreePBX 6) PIAF 7) Diginet 8) Cisco 9) Mikrotik 10) Business management 11) Financial management 12) Remote support 13) Network Operations Centre setup and management 14) Wired and wireless network setup and management 15) Rapid problem analysis and resolution 16) Progressive diallers 17) Predictive diallers 18) Systems integration You will be certified in each of the 18 categories once you have mastered the skill - not before then. This will provide all candidates with the opportunity to go and start their own business, or find that dream job they have always looked for. Requirements ---------------- Applicants must have access to the internet using a stable connection or be able to travel to our offices on a daily basis. Apprentices will be involved in the day to day business of Teleforge and will have set tasks that they have to do every day. Period --------- This offer will be valid for a three month period. Monthly assessments will be done to assess apprentices according to a key performance indicators (KPI's). At the end of the three months Teleforge will single out the top 3 apprentices and offer them a permanent position that will include medical aid, pension, telephony cover, internet access and fuel in addition to salaries. Locations ----------- Candidates in the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, KwaZulu Natal and Gauteng are welcome to apply. Teleforge has a nationwide presence, which means there is a lot of room for new candidates. Salaries ---------- Apprentices will not earn any income during this 3 month period. Successful applicants will be given fixed salaries based on their KPI scores should they be chosen as full time employees. The value of the training the applicants will receive whether they are successful or not exceeds R200 000.
