Create Simple One-Dimensional Images for ebook covers

I'm looking to have a number of very professional looking one-dimensional ebook covers created and they will all need to be different, except for 2. Please read all of the following and let me know if you have any questions. 1) The finished covers need to be portrait style (rectangular not square). 2) Each cover will need to be in 2 different sizes: 960 x 1280 pixels and 600 x 800 pixels and under 127KB in size. 3) Final images need to be JPG files. 4) All images MUST be 100% royalty free (I will want to know where you are getting the image from). 5) I will provide the textual content (title, subtitle, author etc.) for each of the covers. 6) This job is a work for hire and that I will own all of the rights to the finished cover. 7) I will provide a contract that you must be willing to sign. 8) Again, I am looking for professional designed FRONT covers only. They don't need to be elaborate, but attractive and eye-catching is vitally important. These covers shouldn't take very long to produce and I'm willing to pay $5.00/cover.
