I confront the challenge by keeping up with my education. This May 2015, I received a professional certificate in Web Writing and Social Media Communication from the University of Toronto. Now, I can recite almost every style-guide fact and opinion – verbatim (a style guide is a set of standards for the writing and design of documents). My process: My approach is to find that one special idea about your business that sets it apart from your competition, and run that idea throughout your entire campaign - from start to finish.
