Guideline for writing texts
• Always start the texts with in introduction text to the subject.
• Use the subjects keywords as many times as possible in the texts, but don't overdo it.
• Use a fictive company name, for me to change later and use a fictive phone number and e-mail address in the text (use the same data on each page so I can change it with find and replace option easily).
• Use some fictive inbound links (href) referring to relevant articles on the same website. For example keyword plumber: <a href="[login to view URL]">plumber</a> on page for keyword: toilet repair. So write articles that have references to other pages on our website (based on the list of keywords).
• Very important, use H-tags: H2, H3, H4 for headings.
• Use one or more fictive images, for me to change later (image url, title and alt-text).
• End all pages with a call to action section containing relevant information like phone number and e-mail address. Also mention some benefits (be creative).
• Also I like to mention, that all texts must be unique content. No copy-paste from other websites, because it will lower the website rank (and plagiarism is in fact illegal). Write the texts focused on conversion and seo. The texts must convince customers to choose for our company.
• Keyword density per page: 3% – 4%.
