I am fluent in English, Serbian, Croatian and Hungarian. I speak little of German. Currently I am learning French as I like learning new languages.
I have written many articles, blog posts, done data entry, transcription and many more. I have experience in working as a customer support as well.
I have experience with Zopim and ContactAtOnce (chat programs), UserVoice helpdesk, WordPress, creating Google Docs (forms, spreadsheets and documents).
I have worked on a website that sells VPN packages and I understand that with good support more people will come with a bigger conversion. On that site I have helped people with their technical problems and guided people through the process of purchase and setups.
I have also worked on a website that provides legal help online and with time I have been promoted to reception manager as I was accurate, coming on time and willing to show the procedures to the new colleagues. My duties were to check if everyone comes on time on their shift, to recruit new people and to maintain good relationship between the workers from various time zones. I was also running the roster/schedule and communicating with receptionists and lawyers from different parts of the world making sure everyone gets the time of their shifts in their own time zone.
