Well hello, and thank you for your interest in this project. We are a small creative agency, and in the spirit of ushering out 2014 and welcoming 2015, we are totally reinventing our own branding and presence. We're a little stuck on some details when it comes to content however, so I wanted to see if we could find a great partner to work with on a bit of fine content preparation. You should be: • Talented with crafting messages for small businesses that communicate in the fewest number of words possible. Less is more. If you ramble on like me, you're likely not a great fit for this. • Ready to brainstorm and try some concepts and get involved in what we're doing. • Ready to roll fairly immediately on this. You'll need a scope of work to define your budget, so let's assume for now that the following items sums up the project: 1. Help us create a tagline. This might only be 3-6 words, but needs some serious thought. We've got a few things in mind as far as the general framework, attitude, and feel, but nothing concrete yet. 2. Craft an awesome introductory paragraph(s) that will be used for applications such as intro text on homepage of website, LinkedIn page, Facebook page, and other fairly static locations to create a consistent message across all. In some cases it would be limited to one paragraph, and others might need a bit more, so it would need to be structured accordingly. 3. Create a great About Us style page for our website. This would be pretty minimal overall, but would need say 3-6 paragraphs to get into things a bit. So it's not a huge project, but it's detailed, and getting rolling will require some brainstorming and discussion via email to get some clarity on it all. Then the actual content writing will likely be pretty straightforward. Some general points about the business to be sure it's a good fit for you. (full details provided to the successful bidder): • All about small, local, regional business branding, graphic design, website design and web management. We're not taking over the world here, and we're not helping clients take over the world. We're into small. This is key. • We're aiming to create a BRAND and PRESENCE with these words. That is more important than communicating word for word what we do... And that's an important distinction here.
