Assessment Writer

Do you have experience writing Assessments for Training Packages within the VET sector? Do you have sound knowledge of AQTF standards? If so, then we would love to hear from you! We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Assessment writer to assist with a range of Certificate III and IV qualifications, particularly within the CP08 Training Package. Courses include: Cert IV in Building and Construction, Cert III in Carpentry & Bricklaying, Cert III in Rural Operations, just to name a few! The Role This role would suit someone who may want extra work on the side of their full time role, or someone looking to expand their own consulting/contracting business. As the Assessment writer you will be responsible for the development of: • Assessment planning • Assessment questions • Assessment Mapping • Review and audit of assessments. Required Skills/Experience • Relevant industry qualifications • Experience or knowledge of the Building & Construction and/or other trade courses (at least to Certificate III level) • Assessment writing knowledge and experience • Ability to analyse and assess training packages, performance criteria and breaking down units of competency • Ability to develop valid assessment tools at the correct qualification level • Capacity to work to deadlines and within short timeframes • Good communication skills (both verbal and written) • Good level of working with Microsoft Word What we can offer you • Ability to work independently (from your own location – anywhere in Australia even!) • Flexible working – have your own self-managed work schedule • Our payment offer is $200 per assessment (depending on experience) • Work with a great team of open and creative individuals • Virtual work environment (communication heavily based through online forums) • No fancy software or applications needed • Contribute to a growing and established RTO • Immediate start • Phone interview only If you believe you may be suitable, apply today!
