Convert .htaccess to web.config

I need someone to convert two .htaccess files to [login to view URL] for IIS 7.5 running on Windows Server 2008. One contains 8 lines, the other a single line. These are attached for reference. Please note it is not possible to convert these with IIS Manager's Import facility. Importing the first .htaccess file via IIS Manager fails with error: The rule cannot be converted to an equivalent IIS format because of unsupported flags: E The second fails with error: No error generated, no translation provided. Project requirements are: 1. Translate the two .htaccess files to [login to view URL] 2. Examine the documentation linked below and advise if anything further is required to make this work For background reference the .htaccess file is from the MODX caching addon Statcache. Full details are linked below: [login to view URL] The Statcache extra is made up of a Plugin for MODX Revolution that writes out static representations of MODX Resources to a location on the filesystem. You can then use your web server's rewrite engine to serve the static files first, if they exist. This has the advantage of bypassing MODX (and PHP) entirely.
