Do follow blog list with high page rank

Hi.. Simply what i need is a do-follow blog list and those blogs should have high page rank. Important thing here is that the comment page should have a high page rank and do-follow not just the home page of that blog. I need around 100 blog comment page list which has high page rank (atleast 1pr) and do-follow.
