create an automated website

I would like to have an automated site that will do everything tseld and advertising too, Can you do that? I want the website to be fun, I want to be able to sell Cds, DVDs, eBooks, cell phones, computers, kids stuff and men and women stuff, and I would like to be able to hold as much as ads on it, I would like to have a chat room and know each other, on it to make customer s talk to each other ,if it is possible make the site to provide membership for the access to the chat room. The membership fee will be a small fee, and it will be an occasion to meet people while shopping, I want to put some game on it like casino or poker online so people can interact, but for that one, if you have any idea you let me know and the website will be only accessible to 18 years old and older, I want the website to be 3 columns WebPages, like 2 small columns on the side and the larger column in the middle, and also in the chat room people can decide to talk in private to chare some personal contact.
