Existing Microsoft Access ADP project. If you don't know what an ADP project is in Access, don't even bother bidding. This is a medical record collection management system. Users work with various screens to process information about doctors, patients, health plans, etc. THe application exists and is working fine. My client wants to make some upgrades and add some features.
This is mostly going into existing forms and adding functionality, correcting minor bugs, and making any necessary database changes.
I am dividing this up into individual projects. If the winning bidder is succesful with the first project, additional projects will be awarded.
Here is the first project:
There is an existing form that displays records from a child table of the database (tblChases). Each record in the table is identified by a ChaseID. The form currently displays with the first Chase of the table. Users use teh built-in Access search funtion to enter a ChaseID and then have that ChaseId appear on the form.
Form needs to be modified so that when it is opened, the user just enters a ChaseID into a field, then hits Enter. The field must be validated to ensure that a proper ChaseID was entered. If so, then the form needs to find that ChaseID and display it in the form.
Developer will be given a copy of the ADP file, along with a copy of the SQL database. Developer will make the changes to the various forms as required, and any database changes that are necessary. Developer will provide SQL command files (TSQL) that contain the statements necessary to make any database changes. Developer will return the modified ADP file, along with any SQL command files to buyer.
All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
