Create two short animations using powerpoint. (40-60 seconds each)

DEADLINE: I need two animations done in powerpoint in 5.5 hours. That is (09:30am, Amsterdam GMT+1). If you get one animation finished and get second one only half finished, then send me what you have done so far. (I expect at least 1.4 of the 2 animations to be done though) PURPOSE: For teacher to explain traffic rules in front of a class: "2 second rule" and "why we need traffic rules". (more on these in attachments) STYLE: Graphics that are simple and cartoony. (see attachment) Animation that looks fun and unique. (see attachment, but I used PowToon there. I expect better from powerpoint.) Presentation should be fun and eye-catching. But still be clear. It needs to grab student's attention. You may use your own graphics. You may also use graphics from the internet, as long as they are copyright free. (IMPORTANT) DURATION: 40-60 seconds. They need to be quick and to the point. Teacher will pause video and explain when necessary, so no text or long pauses. The entire presentation must be automated. (I will convert your powerpoint to video myself) DELIVERY: I want two powerpoint files by or on the deadline. If one of the two animations isn't fully finished yet, then send me what you have done for it so far on the deadline and continue working on it. ADDED FILES: "3 [login to view URL]" I have created these quickly using "PowToon". They are WAY too long. But I included them here so you can see what I mean by 'simple and cartoony graphics'. It will also give you a better idea of what the two animations are about. "3 animations [login to view URL]" I explain what it is that you are watching. This is IMPORTANT so you know what the presentation is about. For the rest I leave it to your imagination. If I asked you to explain these two rules to your child, what kind of animation would you create so that he likes it and understands it?
