I am interested in building an application that is exactly like UBER but without online payment system. There should be three types of logins. One for the customer, one for the driver, and one for the management. The taxi is for Damascus city. So it should be uploaded offline. Minimum 3G to be used by the driver and customer. Everything else is like uber, customers rate drivers. Management knows how many rides the driver took, no need to know how much the fare was, just the number of rides. the customers see the drivers rating, his picture and his car number and color. The drivers see the customers name, and they see where his location is. When the customer orders a taxi, the nearest taxi gets the signal, and driver has 15 seconds to respond to the order with either accept or decline. The management sees everything. Customers can ask to see where the car is on their map. The Management adds cars/drivers and removes cars/drivers into the system The application should be complete, with good design. It should be in both Arabic and English. Please understand the the developer that will be rewarded will have a small monthly salary from us for maintenance and further developments.
