I have team of 4 Android and iOS developers and we are ready to start working on this app. If you want to put content by yourself you will need server for this with admin page. You will need hosting for that server. App will work in this way: You open app he will contact server to see is there any new posts. If it is it will download them and show it to user. If not he will show him old ones. Why server side is good, you can track how many users you have and how many download per month, almost anything you want, problem is that every functionality will make price bigger.
