Android Image picker, with images on Windows Server, and link to SQL Server

I need a small image picker app. The app needs to do the following: 1) Connect to a SQL Server data and select from a table containing a list of items - against each item is a name column and an image path column 2) In the image path column, is a link to a JPG file on a windows server (i.e, "\\myserver\dir1\[login to view URL]") 3) Display a grid of images (say 4 across and 2 down - always in landscape) with paging forwards and backwards. Images should be resized to be a standard size (whatever a 4 x 2 grid allows) 4) Allow selection of the image, and display a pop-up with the image full height and the name (from the name column associated with the image) in a pop-up. Pressing on the image in the pop-up removes the pop up and back to the grid list Extra notes... 1) Its a fixed SQL Server database, a fixed table, a fixed connection, and the table only has two columns 2) The app will always work in landscape - so does not need to worry about swapping between portrate and landscape 3) All images will be jpg
