Android, Iphone pluggable pieces of code

Hello We are basically looking to develop a customized pluggable piece of android/iphone code that can be included as a library. For. e.g consider a Camera library. The library should support the following: 1) Ability to open up the camera interface and click photos/videos and align the captured media on the right side/bottom of the screen in a thumbnail view 2) Ability to click on a particular image/video on the thumbnail view from the camera screen and do operations on that image/video. For e.g delete the image 3) Ability to save the captured image/video into the sd card or other storage media within the device 4) Ability to reference the captured images in different screens of the android/iphone application This would be a a long term project but in short bursts to say. We would do the Camera module first and then proceed with other modules like communication module for e.g. So this project is going to be listed as a simple project in that we are expecting just the camera module for now. Once that is completed we move to the next simple project. Let me know if this sounds good to you and then we can chalk out the details.
