Csipsimple modification/ Branding - open to bidding

We need following modification to be done on Csipsimple 1) Should rebrand with our company name & logo 2) Server IP address should be hard coded 3) After the installation should ask for user name and password. Option should be added under setting to change user details later if needed. 4) Should be removed all other providers details 5) Video & Messaging option should be removed 6) Only G729 codec should be there , all the other codec should be removed 7) Encryption should be included 8) Should create a different feel and look by modifying the dial pad and layout. 9) Setting should not be shown to the customer , ideal setting should be hard coded after testing with our server. The main purpose of the modification is to provide Easy to use dialer for our customers Reduce the file size below or around 3 MB Improve the call quality Please note that dialer full source code should provided to ud and no developer details should be on the code.
