Adult Site Project - URGENT!

This is urgent and I need to make a decision today! Here is an extremely, maybe even a little repetitive, detailed account of what we are looking for. Let me know what you think now, oh and a estimate of the price. HOW IT WORKS if registered OR nonregistered user clicks the camhosts main icon anywhere on site they are taken to that camhosts page where they can view their profile (and extras if registered member). they can also click the CHAT/SHOW link (link only shows if camhost is online). once clicked the user is moved to another page (discussed in a moment) and the camhosts recieves an Instant Message on their computer saying "Username (or if not registered user, their IP, if possible) is in your private chat.". From there the two chat with each other (once again, user from site, camhost from chat/cam program) til the user either decides to leave, or buy a show from camhost. If user clicks the "buy show" link it takes them to our secure merchant site where they enter their creditcard information and how much money they are going to spend. If card accepted or denied, a message is poped up on camhosts computer saying "Username (or if not registered user, their IP, if possible) has been aproved or denied an X amount of dollars." Also shows the credit cards owner and city state. If denied, they can try again, or just leave. If approved, camhost can begin streaming cam to costumer. (Costumer also has option to send their cam to camhost, but camhost has option weather or not to view it by clicking see costumer cam or not clicking it). Once streaming camhost can click a timer button that is on the program that works very easily. Once over camhost can click the "stop streaming" button. From there they can chat somemore til the costumer buys another show or just leaves. CAM/CHAT SOFTWARE needs to have two cam views. one for self view and other for costumer view. obviously needs chat area with text input sound plays when costumer enters/leaves camhosts chat a time clock (Camhosts puts amount of minutes show is and clicks start and timer counts down from X to zero. Once at zero, sound plays, maybe even the timer flashes red?, letting camhost know the show is over. a "take snapshot" button so when clicked it takes a picture and sends to camhosts archives. also would like another site intergrated feature where somewhere on program scrolls most recent "show ad's" that are clickable and when click pop open the "show ad" section so camhosts can reply (more on show ad's later) also, to appear online, camhosts most have their program open, otherwise they are offline. CAM HOSTS must go through age documentation process when clicking "become cam host". (age documentation process further down) once sent email will be sent to specific pleasure division mail box, it will be reviewed and approved or denied. if approved superadmin grants camhost access and notifies via email and cam host can begin hosting. if denied superadmin replys to users email with reasons why denied. camhost can log in and try again under the same name they created previously. CAMHOST AGE DOCUMENTATION PROCESS camhost must fill out form with various questions such as; first, middle and last name, birthdate, address, areacode with phone number,hair color, eye color, height, weight, email (VERIFY), tattoos, piercings, scars, male/female, age realse form check box for agreeing to terms, upload photo of id card, social, and id card with face. probably a few other things but you get the idea. once submitted its emailed to designated site email, and reviewed by superadmin. until approved the camhost prospect will see only "awaiting approval" under her camhost status. if denied approval, an email will be sent from superadmin telling why, if approved superadmin can activate camhost account and camhost can begin working and updating profile. once camhost is approved and on her main page she will find the cam/chat software link to download along with her normal page view. CAMHOST PERSONAL PAGE VIEW view/update main icon pretty selfexplainitory camhost status whether host is online or offline, or if "awaiting approval". camhost join date when camhost was approved to start hosting view/update picture sets camhosts can upload zip picture files called sets to share with registered members. once uploaded shows you all the pictures you uploaded and you can check which one you want to use as default image to act as that sets icon. and also a description box to breifly describe set. after that is submitted it goes to camhosts picture set page with the rest of previously uploaded sets. view vids or items selling / update videos or items to sell camhosts have option on their page that says upload item/video. on click it goes to page with a disclaimer and below that has upload video to sell option or sell item option. they choose one and fill out the required information. if video is chosen they can browse their computer for video, edit video name, description, length, and price. if sell item is chosen they can upload 3 pictures of the item and again fill out item name, description and price (that includes shipping). once submited item or video go to their locations (store/items or store/vids) where it is available to EVERYONE to purchase (registered or non registered user). view/update personal profile simple form that hosts fill out including but not limited to; name, location, likes. dislikes, misc favorites, ext. (if left blank dont show on user view. view/update blog camhosts can make and or delete blog entries. registered members can comment on them. camhost blog option will include time posted, subject, entry input, view entry, edit entry, post, delete comment, reply to comment. typical blog stuff. view/update wishlists simple form where camhosts can enter thier wishlist URL and then in a seperate text box the URLs name or description. example: [login to view URL] AMAZON. view/update my 5 fav costumers camhost can enter username of fav costumer and on thier page in the designated area it shows the costumers icons. view/update online schedule simple monday-sunday form to fill in time expected to be online (if any) also short description next to day and time. example: wednsday-10pm-2pm-home alone =P view/update per minute rate area where cam host can simply put thier dollar amount per minute. (this does not mean this is their set rate and anything is agreed to this. costumers might be charged more or less depending on what kinda show, its simply just the price of a basic show) view snapshot archives/take webcam snapshot can view archived webcam snapshots taken on the community tag, or click take snapshot and add a new picture to the snapshot archives view pay summary we want the camhosts to see the following of each transaction whether show, a bought vid or item, when viewing pay summary; user name or IP, corresponding amount paid, amount made after site fee, date and time. and then at the top display total amount of money made after fees, and when pay week had start and stops. once pay week is up it is archived in this link also. would like all of this to be databased also. view rankscore and overall rank in all camhosts profiles there is a rank score and a rank me button. when rank button is clicked (by only registered members) it adds one point to thier rank score. registered members can only vote once a day on each camhost if they choose to, not mandatory or anything. there is no negative scoring. there will also be a page where everyone can see the rank of camhosts. view/argue feedback when a costumer (registered or nonregistered) buys a show/vid/item from camhost they recieve an email from our merchant account with a subscription code. we want them to use that code to leave feedback, if they dont have code, they are unable to leave feedback. would like option for camhost, if they believe feedback is unjust, to be able to click the "argue" feedback button and will send email to designated site address where admin will look over and decide whether to delete it or leave it. change account info camhost can change email address(verify) linked to their sn, sn for contact with IM program such as AIM, MSN, YAHOO, address for billing and password. NOT TO BE VIEWED BY ANYONE BUT SUPERADMIN. REGISTERED MEMBERS view/update main icon pretty selfexplaintory member status whether or not member is on or offline member join date when member joined site view/update personal profile simple form that hosts fill out including but not limited to; name, location, likes. dislikes, misc favorites, ext. (if left blank dont show on user view. view/update favorite 5 camhosts member can enter username of favorite 5 camhosts and on thier page in the designated area it shows the camhosts icons view past transactions costumer able to view past transactions. shows camhosts name it was sent to, when, and how much. update/store creditcard and billing information pretty self explaintory. change account info change their email address linked to sn (verify), and change their password. post a show add / view replys option that allows member to post an ad in the "show ad" section. when clicked they fill out a form consisting of questions like; price willing to pay, show description, male or female or both? show length and ect. once submitted shows up in "show ad" area and also in the scrolling most recent ads section of the cam software. would like for them to be able to see if anyone replyed or not by just viewing their page and saying X amount of reply(s) to your show ad. NONMEMBERS can see all public pages but cant get their own page, view camhosts sets, post ads, reply to forums, be in the tag chat, read blogs, view archives or rank girls. ADMIN are in a sence like members, get their own page and what not. but they are also allowed to remove any registered/camhost picture, manage forums, suspend users on tag. They can not see any billing information, cc information, passwords, money transactions. Anything personal, confidential, or finacialy related. SuperADMIN has full access to anything on site. this is to simply allow the observation and enforcing of the site rules. Includes but not limited to money transactions, deleteing member/camhosts/admin accounts, updating content, view tag chat, private chat, private streaming cams, costumer or camhosts, ban and or suspend acounts or IPs. SITE PAGES home/index like every home page. brief description of site. show random 10 camhosts online in designated area. recent news section, latest contest area, current camhost of the month area, login area and a search member/camhost area so people can find who they are looking for. camhosts online shows camhosts currently online in random order camhosts offline shows camhosts currently offline in random order store the section where costumer buys vids or items from camhosts. show ad's area where members ads are displayed and camhosts go to reply to them camhost of the month area where you see current camhost of the month, what their overall rank score was, with brief description and their icon for profile viewing. rankings view the camhosts ranks, score, and icons starting from number 1 down to however many there are. my page area that takes them into their personal page become camhost area to start the procedure for becomming a camhost contest/giveaways area to find current contests and giveaways going on and past contest winners register self explainatory forums selfexplainatory tag a chat where camhosts and members can all come together and chat. also on this page is all camhosts, that are in the tag room, latest webcam snapshot. that area is refreshed every X amount of times to see updated shots. FAQ selfexplainatory contact section of links to email the site admins OTHERS we would like if the admin can suspend registered members/camhosts for various period of time. like 15minutes, 30m, 1hour, 2hour, 12hour, 1day, 2day. and superadmin to be able to do the same with exception they can ban member/camhost and their corresponding IP address. would like, when logged in under admins, to be able to see site statistics like, how many camhosts on, how many members, how many vistors/nonmembers (if possible).
