Adsense and Adwords experts needed

We are a new web development company, currently we have the capability to produce decent web sites and have writers who can provide us with content. Our organizational goal is to use Google adsense to generate revenue for our web sites. The challenge for us, however is finding ways to effectively use adsense and to effectively use adwords to generate visitor traffic. We are also in need of direction on how to generate ad clicks on our web sites from the users that we do receive. We are open to using other revenue generating programs in addition to Google Adsense. Who we are looking for: A person who has good knowledge of internet marketing, especially Adsense and Adwords. It is not important to us where you are located, rather we simply need someone competent.
