need someone to go thru our business bank statement and locate a certain clients payments and match them to all invoices. We then need to show all payments that we sent out to vendors pertaining to that job. we need a profit a loss done as well. pertaining to the rates of the vendor.
You will be provided with full reconciliations(payments allocated versus invoices) and a comprehensive reporting package with the opportunity to continue on a pre agreed periodic basis.

The report I would build would be excel based and provide you with all the required reporting tools and analysis. It would also allow you to use it as a template that if you banking statements are available online the report could be run by yourself in future saving you time and money.
