brazilian loan calculations

This is an ACCOUNTING project! For this project you need to know how to make TVM (Time Value of Money) calculations and double-entry accounting using Brazilian Real (R$) with interest and monetary correction adjustments based on CUB (Custo Unitário Básico). [In reality, for an experienced accountant this should be no different than computing a loan in foreign currency where payments are always made in dollars; in this case you could think of the R$ as USD and the CUB as the foreign currency] In the attached spreadsheet, Tab 01, Columns A-B describe a set of promissory notes (installments) with due date and value fixated in CUB units. Tab 03 describes payments which have been made. All other information are extra calculations which may be ignored for this project. Each installment is subject to interest of 1%/month over the CUB amount, after the due date. Prior to the due date, each installment is subject only to CUB adjustments and no interest. PROJECT DETAILS - ACTUAL TASK - WHAT TO DO: I need coder to prepare a double-entry accounting report (Excel sheet) which applies payments chronologically, to determine which installments have been paid in full, AND to determine the exact date when each installment may be considered fully paid off. Each payment should be applied first to outstanding interest, then to the oldest outstanding installment (you may use a partial balance or suspense account technique to apply amounts that are less than a full installment). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Final work must be turned in using Excel with full formulas (no manual calculations / hard-coded values allowed except for already given constants).
