Executive summary
Basically, we find an opportunity in the market of northern areas. So we made a product “HSG (hybrid stove & geezer). Using our product one can cook the food and warm the water. It reduces the cost of wood/coal almost half of its actual usage. It is costumer friendly and environment friendly. We will do a customer analysis and we will make our small manufacturing company in northern areas. It is innovative product and not available in the market before, we don’t have to face the major competitors who make the same product. We also do PEST analysis to see how these factors can affect us. We also make a list of company’s SWOT analysis to understand our strength and weaknesses.
We also analyze target market to see the market need, so that we segment our product to set our position in the market. We will also do marketing of our product. For that purpose we use the 4 P’s of marketing mix strategy. It tells about our Product, Production unit site, promotion strategies and pricing strategies.
We also do organization and HR planning. In which we tell you where the location of our production unit is. What are the roles of the board of directors and what are the selection criteria. How much labor do we need to make our product? What is cost that occurs in production of product and on what price we sale it to retailer. At that retailer price customers are going to buy the product.
We also make the financial plan of our company. How much capital do we need to start this business? Through that we make the forecast table which tells us about the profit of the company in upcoming months. We hire such supplier which is good for our company. Who can give us supply at the time of need? We set trading hours for our company in which, clients/costumer can contact us.
