ASPX page to use simple variables

I have a simple page which needs to accept input of four separate variables and then display these variables in a formatted page. the inputs page will be simple and I already have the 4 variables defined. I will need to have the current date printed. The page will require these variables store them temporarily and then output the same data to a second page which will have proper formatting and the current date displayed. the date format will be as follows Oct 5, 2012. I can do a screen share or you can simply use my example files as a guide. The output will have 2 fonts Arial and free 3 of 9 so the bar codes must scan properly. these bar codes will be tested before payment will be released. this is a guide only. The formatting is not font sized properly.
