Classafied Posting Site

Thank you for taking the time to review our RFB. Please evaluate our needs below and place a bid with relevant samples of your work. We are looking for a member site (standard membership set up of user names, passwords, password reminder, inbox, image area & profile) with a search able database. This is a type of employment site that will match members and allow them to scan posted ads. There are three levels of users (Administrator, Paid & Free)as well as a number of "user oppurtunities" that will need to be blended in. What we don't care about is where you are located or that you have a template you can throw up for us. All aspects of the site are commercially available, we just need a talented person who can cover them with a great design and make a GUI to admin the site after its launch.
