Seeking an experience .net developer to create an application that runs on windows xp and greater. The app 1. Grab data from serial port, convert serial port data from asciss format to plain text and export to a web method. 2. Log request and response from web method. 3. Create a UI that will allow users to set config settings that will be sent to web method. 4.
