clone of small site, $400 max budget

Need a clone of the site superiorsod .com, including site design, the "sod calculator" function (tool to calculate quantity needed), online ordering, contact, FAQ, and "do-it-yourself" page. Please make the clone site with all their existing content from the example site (we will go in and change/redo the text content to our own after you are finished creating the site). Our logo will be provided to you, but all other graphic elements of the site including stock photos of nice green lawns need to be done by you. Please make the overall layout/look similar but not identical to the example site - we are mostly interested in creating the same functionality of that example site. This does not necessarily have to be done in aspx - whatever works well is fine with us! Please bid ONLY AFTER you have carefully examined the example site (superiorsod .com) to ensure you know the full scope of work involved. Payment will be held in escrow until project completion. We chose the $100 - $300 budget range to avoid overly high bids (this will be a small website), but we are willing to go up to $400 if you deliver full functionality like the site we want to clone.
