I want to upgrade my Firebase project from the Spark plan to the Blaze plan. However, I am unable to upgrade my Firebase project because I need to create a billing account first on the Google Cloud Platform. Every time I try to create a billing account on the Google Cloud Platform, it fails, and the error message is different each time. Someone told me that I can't create a billing account because my Mastercard is invalid. I tried to buy the cheapest app on Google Play to test whether it would be successful or not, and it was a successful purchase. However, on the Google Cloud Platform, my card is always being rejected, and I'm not sure why.

0 I have a nodejs website running on Google cloud app engine with a domain connected and SSL setup. The app has a admin panel and the file uploads are currenlty beign sent to a Google cloud bucket. On the load balancer, I made a rule that /upload-media/* points to my bucket and uploaded a test file to the bucket named test.png. When i try to access , it returns a "No such key" error "The specified key does not exist." which i believe the path it's looking for the file is wrong. I've been trying to solve this issue for the past day without any success.
