Need someone to take a look at my laptop to help me figure out who is remotely monitoring my computer. This is my personal computer that I bought new and paid cash for. My browser says it is managed by an organization. To me it looks like someone seems to have been able to access my computer through Intel Management Engine Intel_ME and be passively monitoring my computer. This has persisted even after several complete wipe and reinstall. Honestly... I suspect it this is related to government surveillance of unknown origin.
