I'm looking for a freelancer to design PCR primers for a DNA extraction project. The target organism of the PCR DNA extraction is Animal. I do have specific genes or regions of interest that need to be identified and the requirement for the primer design is a specific sequence. I'm looking for someone with expertise in this field and experience working with gene and/or region specific PCR primer design techniques.
