I might also need customization on Advanced Product Import, after upgrade (on 4.7.4 it's a very simple beta with bad functionality). I went with a 250-750 budget, because I think I will need a new CS-cart upgrade license, since my site is almost 3 years old and I don't know if an upgrade to 4.12 is available for me.
