Hi there, I run a membership site that uses s2 member pro plugin to manage the content served to subscribers based on the amount of time they have been a paid member for. Ie. drip-fed, time-based content. Month 1, Month 2, etc. My problem is that if a member upgrades from a free to a paid member and then stops paying after say, 3 months, we currently downgrade them from s2 member level 1 to subscriber. Then if they want to reinstate their membership and continue the monthly payments, then when we re-upgrade them to s2 member level 1. The problem with this is that they lose access to the 3 months worth of drip-fed content that they had before and they effectively start at Day 0 as opposed to from day 90, which is what we want. We need to keep track of the last user level that a member had before reaching their EOT. We are displaying this information in a custom column in the users area and also saving it to an s2member custom profile field for the user. The code we had was working correctly until we changed the setting to stop removing Custom Capabilities at EOT.
