I have 2 csv files, the first csv called df1 contain a column called 'Mispar_rehev' that exist only in this file. in the other file, there are a lot of values all over the file and i want to search for the values that exist in Mispar_rehev column in the second file called 'movil'. When the value is found i need to add the first 10 cells of the row and the next 3 cells from where the value was found to the corresponding row in the original file where the value that we searched for was taken from, i need to add it with the headers from the second file. Hi, I have three R dataframes. All dataframes have identical column names, and each dataframe contains ~100 columns. Example: DF1 Column names are ABC...Z, DF2 Column names are ABC...Z, DF3 Column names are ABC...Z. I wish to gather identical columns names (e.g. AAA, BBB, CCC...ZZZ), run a PCA on each sequentially (e.g. AAA, then BBB, then CCC, all the way to ...ZZZ), and create a new fourth column (e.g. AAAp, BBBp, CCCp...ZZZp) weighted on the PCA co-efficients (if they pass a threshold). Hence outcome is to have a new dataframe containing columns AAAp, BBBp, CCCp...ZZZp. I will provide three dummy dataframes containing the data you need.

Hi, I have a 320 rows of data (df1) that has name of professional and their company, but most of the companies are not updated. I have another file (available on web) that has all of those professional with their most updated company (df2). I want someone to search names from file df1 in df2 and copy paste the updated data.
I have a set of python code that finds the physically closest point (row) in DF1 to a set of points in DF2 in X-Y space. The problem is that this process is too slow when DF1 has 500 rows or so and DF2 has 25. I am looking for someone to develop something similar that is much faster than the attached code.
