I need someone to retrace/recreate the attached image with a few modifications.

1. I want a clear background so I can later add white or something else.
2. I want the same size image and I want it in a Illustrator file and a Photoshop file with both transparent background (please inclose PNG file as well with transparent background).
3. I want 300dpi so it can be used in print materials.
4. Change yellow spot on current design. (2016 Olympics are done, so no sign of it please) Move yellow spot to Paris and add 2024 Olympics instead.

Outside of the above changes, the graphic should remain virtually identical, so its ok to trace the current image for accuracy. Thanks and good luck.
