I need 2 x 30 second typography/explainer animations in Hindi.

I've attached two scripts. Use the Hindi Devanagari version please.

Regarding style, here are two examples:

However, I'm open to you just exercising your creative judgment and surprising me! :-) Just make sure you submit something that's done with excellence. Don't like shoddy work!

I'd like a Hindi voice-over as well (a rough one will do for now) but if you can make it work without a voice over, I'd be willing to consider that too.
