THIS IS A BROCHURE CONTEST! We need a brochure design for a company based in Maryland. We provide in home wellness assessments, disease management education and health care advocacy. We would like a professional brochure that uses our logo (file attached) and color scheme, while communicating a caring team who is well-educated and passionate about making a difference. Our target audience is middle-aged to older adults who have finances to pay privately for our services. The brochure should be tri-fold. Information about our business can be found at wellnessstrategiesgroup.com. Please include information on the inside and outside of the brochure featuring our mission and our services. The photo on the back of the brochure should include the photo (file attached) of the owner with the title of Andrea Bendig MSN BSN RN CM DN.
