I need a design and implementation for a WordPress - Elementor - WP Job Manager - User Profile, based Agriculture Job Site Landing Page. Our main site is https://www.yield-jobs.com

I want to send traffic to this new page with the conversion goal of registering and makings a "Skills Profile"

We are going to target Job Seekers by specific geography. City, State, and Country

We want to send traffic directly to the new landing page so need to have good reasons to Register and create a Skills Profile, instead of uploading a resume.

Right now we are sending traffic to this page and getting links clicks but not regstrations. https://www.yield-jobs.com/minnesota-agriculture-jobs/

I would like to see design that have a real chance of converting users to register. Default stock templates for home pages are pretty, but won’t make users input their work experience. The Skills Profile register for is on the link in the description. There is a short code that generates it, but. I would like to see real designs that have the real form on it
