I need a newsletter design that projects and image aligned to Knowledge Expert value of professionalism and digital state of the art. The design should be easy to convert into HTML for distribution in email newsletter as well as being well suited for being printed put in PDF for distribution.

The winner will have submitted a design that
1. looks the most professional and modern
2. is based on the current company brand (see http://www.k-expert.com and attached document)
3. takes the current brand identity to its next level
4. includes the text sections from the attached and allow for customization (adding more title or teaser section) as well as proposing other alternatives
4. provides Photoshop or Illustrator source files

You will get very fast feedback and response to your questions.
